When you submit an enquiry through this site, by phone or by email, we collect the information you provide: contact name, phone number, origin, destination, cargo type, expected pickup date and any notes. We do not collect personal information unrelated to your enquiry.

The information is used only to answer your enquiry, prepare a transport plan and perform the contract. We do not sell, rent or share it with parties unrelated to your shipment. Where necessary to complete transport (customs, warehousing, insurance) we pass only the required details to the relevant broker, warehouse or insurer.
Storage and security
Enquiry records are stored on access-controlled servers and visible only to authorised staff. We apply reasonable measures such as access control and encrypted transmission. We do not disclose information except where required by law or a competent authority.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use third-party advertising cookies. The server may log IP address, time, requested page and browser type for security and performance analysis only, not to identify individuals.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of the enquiry information you submitted at any time by contacting hsdsandy@sina.cn or 134 2415 7628. We will respond within a reasonable period.
